Close Up Trip Parent Meeting

If your student is planning to attend the 8th grade Close Up trip, please ensure that you attend the mandatory parent meeting a week from Monday on April 17th. The meeting will be in the Library at 6:30 PM and will cover the final details of the trip.

Stallion Band Spring Concert is Thursday, March 2, at 7 PM and everyone is invited! Students in the audience must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. See you there!
Q4 Sports Tryouts - Girls Basketball & Boys Soccer
Fourth quarter of sports is just around the corner with tryouts starting for girls basketball next week and for boys soccer right after Spring Break. Athletes must bring a parent signed tryout permission form to their coach before they will be allowed to participate. Tryout Permission Forms can be picked up in the front office or downloaded from the MPS Junior High Athletics page. Please be sure your student brings appropriate clothing and shoes for tryouts.

Hey Stallions, there are a lot of fun opportunities for involvement on Tuesday this week:
4 PM: Anime Club, Baking Club, & Tutoring
4:45 PM: NAL is away at Rhodes
5 PM: XC is running at Taylor, 7th Volleyball & Flag Football are away at Kino, while 8th Volleyball & Flag Football are home vs. Kino
5 PM: the late bus is running

After school tutoring and clubs start back up this week for 2nd semester. The late bus will run, as well, leaving campus at about 5 PM.
Let's show our support to the Shepherd National Academic League in their two games this week. Tuesday is away vs. Rhodes and Thursday we play at home vs. Fremont. Games are scheduled to begin about 4:45 PM depending on the bus. Good luck NAL!!!
Cross Country (XC) practice begins today after school. Be sure to bring a signed participation/tryout form and appropriate clothing and shoes to practice. Everyone is welcome!
